The problem

Customer receivables get collected late — not because the shop doesn’t care, but because collection depends on memory. And memory always loses to a busy day.

The tip

Make the receivables report the owner’s (or cashier’s) morning read, before the shop gets busy. Two minutes a day turns receivables from “we’ll chase it when we remember” into a clear work list.

Practical steps

  1. Open the receivables report.
  2. Filter what’s due today and this week.
  3. Mark the customers to contact first.
  4. If the WhatsApp module is active, let due-receivable reminders run automatically — the morning read becomes a check, not manual chasing.

When to use it

Every morning. This small consistency shows up directly in cash flow — money that’s already the shop’s right stops sleeping too long in other people’s pockets.
