Prices as of July 2026 — any change is announced openly, never quietly. Tokens for paid extras are bought from an official reseller. A Lite account stays alive as long as it is used; a Store App that goes completely untouched for 6 months is treated as dormant and its data is deleted permanently. You can export your data to Excel at any time.

The list opens with the modules that are free, followed by the paid ones from cheapest up. Paid extras — the app calls them modules — are switched on with Tokens or an active subscription. Micro and small shops: the free set is enough

Eleven modules on this list are free, and together with the Rp 0 Lite plan they already add up to a complete shop app: repair intake, the counter, stock and spare parts, purchasing from suppliers, customer and supplier records, staff access rights, the repair dashboard, everyday financial reports, expense recording, and data import and export.

For a micro or small shop that is enough to run the day — without spending anything. The paid modules below are for a business that has grown, not a condition for starting one.

The same price for a workshop and a repair counter

Car workshops, motorcycle workshops, phone repair counters, laptop repair shops and general electronics shops all read the same figures above. What changes is not the price but the product. Pick a vehicle business type and Technician becomes Mechanic, Repair Item becomes Vehicle, Item Type becomes Vehicle Type, and the intake form asks for plate number, chassis number, engine number and odometer reading.

The seeded lists follow the trade too: a car workshop gets wheel alignment and balancing, engine oil, filters, brake pads, batteries and spark plugs; a motorcycle workshop gets CVT service; an electronics counter gets its own. None of that is an extra line on the bill — it is all there on the Rp 0 plan.

One Store App serves one kind of unit — vehicles or electronics — so the vocabulary and the catalogues never contaminate each other. Running a workshop and a phone counter? Run two Store Apps under one account. The moment an account holds more than one active Store App, the inter-store stock transfer menu appears on its own, with nothing extra to buy.

Depth you can test before you pay

Every repair shop system uses the same words: inventory, commissions, returns, WhatsApp reminders. The words have stopped meaning much. So what follows is not the label but the measurement — use this list to interrogate any system you are evaluating, including ours. The first three ship with the Rp 0 Lite plan; the last two are paid extras, and we label them so nobody assumes otherwise.

Cost price is kept per purchase, not flattened into one number

Oil bought last week and oil bought this week at a different price do not collapse into a single blended figure. Each purchase keeps its own cost, and you choose how it is consumed — first in, first out, or weighted average.

Returns: what happens to the goods and what happens to the customer are two separate decisions

When something comes back you decide twice. The item: back into stock, damaged but still claimable against the supplier, or a write-off. The customer: money back, or a replacement item. The reason is recorded, and service returns, sales returns and purchase returns each keep their own record.

One invoice can be settled part cash, part transfer

A customer pays some of it in cash and the rest by transfer or QRIS, all on one invoice. Each portion lands in its own money pocket, and if the total still falls short, the remainder becomes a receivable in that customer’s name automatically.

Profit sharing attaches to a person, not to one blanket percentage

Rules sit on the individual technician or mechanic. Labour and parts carry separate rules. A rule can be a percentage or a fixed Rupiah amount. And a single service can be given its own exception without touching the general rule.

WhatsApp reminders pick their own recipient out of the transaction

Reminders start from something that actually happened in the shop — a warranty about to lapse, an invoice falling due, a job sitting untouched, stock running low — and take the recipient’s number straight from that record. Not a contact list you blast, not a template you paste one message at a time. We use a non-official gateway and say so plainly: nobody can promise you a ban-proof number.

Six things we state before you pay

Better you know now than in month two.

We bill in Indonesian Rupiah, and only in Rupiah.

Rp 0 for Lite, Rp 15,000 a month for Pro. There is no dollar price list — we are not going to invent one to look more international than we are. Your card issuer handles the conversion.

Our help channels are Indonesian-speaking and run on Indonesian office hours. If you need same-language support in your own time zone, weigh that before you commit an evening to setup.
The Automan web app needs a connection — there is no offline mode.

In the web version, nothing is held on the device to be sent later once the signal returns. If your premises drop connectivity regularly, that is a real consideration. The exception is field work: the Automan Mobile Android app keeps working when the signal drops — transactions queue on the phone and send themselves once it returns.
The odometer is recorded, but it does not trigger anything.

Plate number, chassis number, engine number and odometer reading are all stored against the vehicle. Automan does not calculate when the next service falls due and does not remind anyone based on distance travelled. What does run automatically: a follow-up a few days after the vehicle is collected, and a reminder before the repair warranty expires.
Tax automation follows Indonesian rules only.

VAT for tax-registered (PKP) shops on taxable transactions and employee income tax (PPh 21) run automatically. Other Indonesian taxes are not automated yet, and nothing is built for another country’s tax regime.
Several branches: the reporting is not merged yet.

Stock moves between Store Apps and its cost price travels with it, but a single consolidated report across every branch does not exist — each shop is still read from its own Store App.
