The symptom is distinctive: login succeeds, the app opens briefly, then kicks you out on its own. The most commonly recorded cause isn’t the password or the server — it’s an inaccurate device clock.
Login sessions rely on time. If your phone or computer’s clock drifts far enough from real time, the session is treated as invalid and the system logs you out.
Fix steps
- Check the device clock. Compare it with another device — a few minutes of drift can be enough to cause trouble.
- Turn on automatic time sync. In device settings, choose network-provided date & time. Turn off manual settings.
- Check the device timezone. Make sure the zone matches your location — a clock that “looks right” in the wrong timezone is still wrong to the system.
- Log in again. Once time is synced, try again.
- Try another browser if it persists — to separate a device problem from a browser-session problem.
If it still happens
If the clock is synced and the auto-logout continues, contact support and mention: the device, the browser, and the time it happened — those three details speed up the investigation.
