Start the owner’s routine with what the dashboard shows: service revenue, unit counts by status, and unpaid value. (App UI shown in Indonesian.)
The problem
Owners often find out about problems after the shop closes — a unit stuck for days, a receivable past due, a best-seller out of stock. The data was there all along; what was missing was the habit of reading it.
The tip
Five quick checks every day, at the same hour. Not deep analysis — just spotting anything abnormal, then assigning the follow-up.
Practical steps
- The repair queue — how many units came in, how many have waited too long in one status.
- Stale statuses — units that haven’t moved in days: why? Waiting for a part, a confirmation, or simply forgotten?
- Receivables & payables — what’s due today and this week.
- Low stock — fast movers nearly out, before they become the reason a repair stalls.
- Channel balances — the money position across cash, bank, and e-wallets, against what you expected.
When to use it
Morning, or before the main shift. With WhatsApp active, a daily report can also be sent automatically to the owner’s number — turning this routine into a check, not a data hunt.
