Automan Modules & Menus Catalog

Reference guide on how modules affect Store App menus, their main functionalities, dependencies, and setup paths.

Choose modules as needed; modules provide functions while access rights decide who can see them.

Customer Records

Free

Keeps every customer's name, phone number, and address on file once, so taking in a repair or writing an invoice is just typing part of the name and picking it.

Affected Menus Mitra → Pelanggan
Key Functions
  • Save a customer once (name, nickname, birth date, address, email), then recall them in the Customer field by typing part of the name, address, or phone number.
  • Add a new customer from inside the sales form, the repair intake form, or quick intake via the add button beside the Customer field, without leaving the page.
  • Record several contact numbers per customer, each flagged as Phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram, plus full addresses down to sub-district, city/regency, and postcode.
  • Keep the customer's bank or e-wallet accounts on their card, with holder name and number, as a reference when matching incoming payments.
  • Group customers into your own types, give each a weight so important customers move up the work queue, and archive old customers that may not be deleted.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None
Effect When Disabled The Mitra → Pelanggan and Pengaturan → Mitra → Tipe Pelanggan menus vanish from the sidebar. The repair intake form loses its source of customers even though the Customer field is mandatory there and refuses Walk In, so a repair can no longer be taken in the normal way. Sales invoices can still be written, but only under the name Walk In — the buyer's name, contact number, and address have to be kept outside the app, and purchase history no longer attaches to anyone. Customer types and the weight that lifts an important customer's unit up the work queue are gone as well.

Supplier Records

Free

Keeps the wholesalers you restock from, with their contacts and account numbers, in one place, so recording a purchase is just picking a name and never asking for an account number again.

Affected Menus Mitra → Pemasok
Key Functions
  • Save a supplier once (name, nickname, short address, email), then pick that name on every purchase you record — the supplier field is mandatory there.
  • Add a new supplier from inside the purchase form, without leaving the transaction page.
  • Record several contact numbers per supplier, each flagged as Phone, Whatsapp, or Telegram, plus full addresses down to sub-district, city/regency, and postcode.
  • Keep several supplier accounts on their page — bank, e-wallet, retail outlet, or cash — so the transfer destination number is there when you restock.
  • Tag one supplier with several goods categories at once (required); a supplier already used in a purchase can only be archived, not deleted.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None
Effect When Disabled The Mitra → Pemasok and Pengaturan → Mitra → Kategori Pemasok menus vanish from the sidebar, so there is no longer anywhere to add or update a supplier with their contacts, addresses, and account numbers, nor to manage supplier categories. The supplier field on the purchase form stays mandatory, so recording a purchase loses its source of suppliers, wholesaler contacts and transfer account numbers have to be kept outside the app, and grouping suppliers by the goods they sell is gone.

Staff Access Rights

Free

Decides which menus each role may open and what they may do there, so a cashier cannot peek at the finance reports and a technician cannot delete an invoice.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → Hak Akses
Key Functions
  • Tick each role's rights menu by menu: Add, Edit, Delete, List/View, Print/Export, and Import — every menu can be expanded to set the pages inside it.
  • Switch between roles with the tabs above the list; those tabs follow the roles created in Pengaturan → Pengguna → Tipe, while here you only set their rights.
  • Copy a whole set of ticks from one role to another, so a new role does not have to be set up one box at a time.
  • Tick Admin mode on a given menu so the role sees every record there, not just the records it created itself; the tick is set per menu, not once per role.
  • Find a menu with the search box, sort by menu order or alphabetically, show only changed rights, then tick a whole column at once before pressing Save.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. It only pays off once there is more than one role (created in Pengaturan → Pengguna → Tipe) and more than one staff account (Pengaturan → Pengguna → List).
Effect When Disabled If this is removed, the Pengaturan → Hak Akses menu disappears from the sidebar; if it is merely switched off, the menu is still visible but marked in red and the page refuses to open. Either way permissions can no longer be changed: every role keeps the rights last saved, so you cannot close the report or finance menus to a cashier, cannot take the invoice-delete right away from a technician, and cannot copy rights from one role to another. Creating, renaming, or deleting a role itself still works under Pengaturan → Pengguna → Tipe — only the rights settings are unavailable.

Staff Accounts

Premium

Gives each employee their own login name and password, so every invoice, repair unit, and data change carries the name of whoever actually did it.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → Pengguna → List
Key Functions
  • Create an account per employee: name, date of birth, contact, address, login name, password, and start-of-work date.
  • Define your own account types (Cashier, Technician, Admin), mark one as the default, and assign each employee — the type becomes a role tab on Access Rights.
  • See in one list when each staff member was last active, which menu they opened last, and how long they have been working.
  • Log in as a particular employee with the Login As button to check exactly what they see and may do, then switch back to your own account.
  • Attach an employee document and keep Active accounts apart from Archived; an account already recorded on work cannot be deleted, so old invoices stay readable.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. Its natural partner is Pengaturan → Hak Akses — the account types created here become the roles whose rights are set there.
Effect When Disabled The Pengaturan → Pengguna → List and Pengaturan → Pengguna → Tipe menus vanish from the sidebar. No new employee account and no new account type can be created, so everyone shares one login: the Technician, Recorder, and Checker fields on a repair invoice all carry the same name, there is no per-person Last Active or Menu Access record, the Login As button for checking an employee's view is gone, and the Access Rights page no longer gains new roles that employees can be assigned to.

Inventory (Stock & Spare Parts)

Free

Where every item and spare part your shop keeps is listed, with quantity, price, storage location, and a record of what comes in and goes out, so you know what is left without counting by hand.

Affected Menus Persediaan → Produk
Key Functions
  • Register goods and spare parts with photo, category, sub category, brand, unit, storage location, and a minimum-stock limit, then print their price labels.
  • Trace every movement of an item on the Stock Flow page, with quantity in, quantity out, and the source transaction number, so a gap leads back to its receipt.
  • Handle items with variants, a serial or IMEI number, a warranty, multiple units (pcs and box, for instance), or bundles assembled from several components.
  • Recount the physical stock on the shelf through Stock Opname, then bring the figures in the app in line with what is really there.
  • Raise a stock request that can be pulled straight into a purchase invoice, and park damaged goods on a separate list to be claimed back to the supplier.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None.
Effect When Disabled The Products, Stock Flow, Stock Opname, Stock Request, and Damaged Goods pages can no longer be used: if this was never installed for your shop the menus do not appear at all, while if it is merely switched off the menus stay visible (marked red) but the pages refuse to open, direct address included. Salvage Parts and Fixed Assets do not necessarily go with it, since they are shared with Repairs and Accounting, and the Settings → Inventory group also survives as long as Fixed Asset Categories is still used by Accounting. Existing products, stock movement history, and current quantities are not deleted; sales and purchases can still pick products and still add to or subtract from stock as usual. What is lost is the place to register new goods, trace their movements, recount through stock opname, raise stock requests, handle damaged goods, and maintain categories, sub categories, brands, quantity units, dimension units, and variant names.

Purchasing from Suppliers

Free

For recording every item you buy from a supplier, so stock goes up by itself, the buying price is kept, and the outstanding balance on each invoice stays visible.

Affected Menus Transaksi → Pembelian → List
Key Functions
  • Record a supplier invoice line by line: item, quantity, buying price, discount, plus a shipping cost; once marked Completed, stock and cost price are captured.
  • See an item's last buying prices with date and supplier while filling the invoice, so you can tell whether today's price went up or down.
  • Issue an auto-numbered purchase order before the goods arrive and print it, including one built from a stock request raised by your staff.
  • Pay part of the bill first, set a due date, and settle the rest whenever you like; each invoice shows the amount billed, already paid, and still owed.
  • Return wrong or faulty goods to the supplier and choose the settlement: money back, or a swap for the same item in the quantity returned.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Suppliers and Inventory. A purchase cannot be saved without choosing a supplier, and the items bought are taken from the product list.
Effect When Disabled The Transactions → Purchase → List and Return menus and Settings → Transactions → Purchase → Transaction can no longer be used: if this was never installed for your shop the menus do not appear, while if it is merely switched off the menus stay visible but the pages are refused and you are sent back to the main menu. As a result goods arriving from suppliers cannot be recorded, stock does not rise by itself when they arrive, the buying price of each delivery and the shipping cost per invoice are not captured — leaving cost price to be typed in by hand when adding an item or through stock opname — no per-supplier buying price history builds up, purchase orders cannot be issued or printed, returns to suppliers cannot be processed, and supplier debt has to be tracked outside the app.

Goods Sales (Counter)

Free

For serving buyers who only want to buy goods without joining the repair queue: record the basket, print the receipt, and stock goes down by itself.

Affected Menus Transaksi → Penjualan → List
Key Functions
  • Serve a buyer from one screen: find the item, set quantity and discount, split payment across methods — stock drops by itself and short stock is refused.
  • Print the sales receipt as a 58/80 mm thermal slip or on continuous paper, with your own title, logo, information text, and signature lines.
  • Sell on credit to a registered customer, record each instalment, and watch the remaining balance; a walk-in buyer can still be served for cash.
  • Park a sale with the Hold button while the buyer is still choosing, then pick it up again without retyping the basket.
  • Take returns with three goods conditions — back to stock, faulty for a supplier warranty claim, or damaged/lost — then refund or replace.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Inventory. The goods sold are taken from the product list and their stock must be available. A customer record is needed only if you want to sell on credit — cash sales can use the walk-in buyer.
Effect When Disabled The Transactions → Sales menu (List and Return) and Settings → Transactions → Sales (Transaction and Receipt) disappear from the menu list. Selling goods outside repair work can no longer be recorded through this route, sales receipts cannot be printed, stock does not go down when goods leave the shop, buyer receivables are not tracked, and customer returns have nowhere to go. A shop that uses the quick counter screen can still record its goods sales from that screen.

Repairs & Service Jobs

Free

Logs every customer item that comes in for repair, queues it to your technicians, and carries it through to pickup and payment — with a record of every step.

Affected Menus Perbaikan → List
Key Functions
  • Take an item in fully: owner, accessories left with it, complaint type, condition photos, the incoming check, and a deposit, then print the intake receipt.
  • Steer the queue: flag units to be done first, let technicians pick their own next unit, or have one picked automatically by arrival order or criteria weights.
  • Record the work with photos, charge services and parts from your lists including salvaged components, or drop a unit back into the queue with a reason.
  • Move a job from queued to picked up, notify the customer only on the statuses you tick, print the handover receipt, and store the warranty end date.
  • Open a tracking page for customers, correct a wrong job without discarding its earlier version, and log a return with its refund.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None — this is the core of the app. Customer records are used when taking an item in, and stock records are used when a job draws parts from inventory.
Effect When Disabled The Repair → List, Jobs, Correction, and Return menus disappear, along with the customer tracking page at Server → Service Tracking and all eight Settings → Repair pages (General, Item Types, Services, Statuses, SAW Criteria, Intake Receipt, Handover Receipt, Service Tracking) — so beyond the menus listed above, several further settings pages go with it. The Repair group itself does not vanish entirely: Repair → Dashboard, Repair → Report, and Repair → Report Adjustment come from elsewhere and stay, as does Inventory → Salvage Parts, which is shared with Inventory. Even so there is no way left to log an incoming item, hand work to technicians, print intake or handover receipts, or trace warranties — the shop is back to a paper notebook. That is why this part is not meant to be switched off.

Your Own Branding (White Label)

Premium

Replaces Automan's default logos, background images, and tab icon with your own — across the app your staff use, the login page, the Lacak Servis tracking page customers open, the browser tab, and the documents you print.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → Identitas Usaha → Toko
Key Functions
  • Upload your own shop logo so it appears inside the app, including on the left-hand menu panel.
  • Print your own logo on service intake notes, service pickup notes, sales receipts, purchase order notes, and staff payslips.
  • Replace the logo and background image on the login page your staff open every day.
  • Replace the background image of the Lacak Servis tracking page customers open on their phone.
  • Set your own small browser-tab icon, including on your public shop pages, replacing Automan's default.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None
Effect When Disabled No menu disappears: Settings → Business Identity → Store still opens, but its image-upload fields are locked and the section heading turns into a warning, so you can no longer change or update your logo, background images, or shop icon. The app your staff use, the login page, the Lacak Servis tracking page, the browser tab icon, and every printed document revert to Automan's default logos and images.

Full Accounting & Bookkeeping

Premium

Turns your everyday repair, sales, and expense records into proper books, complete with finished financial statements ready for a bank, the tax office, or an investor.

Affected Menus Akuntansi → Laporan → Laba Rugi
Key Functions
  • Let every sale, repair, purchase, expense, and payroll run post itself to the books the moment it is saved, with nothing to retype.
  • View and print the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Changes in Equity, and Notes, plus a separate two-period comparative income page.
  • Trace any figure back to the original note through the General Ledger, where every line links to its source, and add manual or adjusting entries yourself.
  • Reconcile cash and bank against the bank statement, and outstanding customer receivables, supplier payables, and unpaid wages against their own lists.
  • Close the books each year end, run monthly asset depreciation automatically, and keep VAT and employee tax records with their payment receipt numbers.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Nothing else has to be switched on first. Before first use the owner runs the one-time Set Up Accounting walkthrough: pick an account structure matching the business type, set the bookkeeping start date, and link each money pocket (cash, bank, e-wallet) to its cash or bank account.
Effect When Disabled The entire Accounting menu group (Records, Reports, Tax, Periods) and Settings → Accounting disappear from the sidebar. The books stop filling themselves in when a transaction is saved, so the Balance Sheet, official Income Statement, Comparative Income Statement, Cash Flow, Changes in Equity, and Notes can no longer be produced; year-end closing, bank reconciliation, receivable-and-payable reconciliation, and tax records are gone too. Inventory → Fixed Assets and Settings → Inventory → Fixed Asset Categories still open — useful life and depreciation method are still worked out — but they lose depreciation posting to the books, their journal status, and their bookkeeping account column.

Fast Checkout Screen (POS)

Premium

A one-screen checkout for walk-in buyers — tap a product or scan a barcode, take the money, print the receipt, without hopping between forms.

Affected Menus Transaksi → Penjualan → List
Key Functions
  • Open the checkout from the POS button on the sales list page, then fill the cart by tapping a product, searching, scanning a barcode, or using the camera.
  • Take cash, transfer, card, e-wallet, QRIS, or retail-outlet payments, split one bill across several methods, and have the change worked out for you.
  • Book a sale as credit for a registered customer: pay part of it up front, set the due date, and see the remaining debt straight away.
  • Park an unfinished sale and pick it up later, helped by keyboard shortcuts, so the queue at the counter never stalls.
  • Apply a coupon or promo, redeem points, and register a new customer without leaving the counter, then open today's recap to reprint a receipt.
Prerequisites / Dependencies This adds no new sidebar entry; it puts a POS button on the Transactions → Sales → List page, and every sale is stored in that same list. Sales and Inventory must be active; coupons and points only appear if Promotion & Points is active too.
Effect When Disabled The POS button on Transactions → Sales → List disappears and the checkout screen refuses to open — all you get is a notice that it is not active. No other menu goes with it. Sales can still be recorded on the ordinary sales form, but with no touch product grid, no barcode scanning, no parked sales, and no keyboard shortcuts, serving a rush-hour queue becomes far slower.

Automated Reminders

Premium

Sets up messages that send themselves at the right moment — chasing an overdue payment, nudging a customer to collect a finished device, or pushing a daily sales recap to a number you choose.

Affected Menus Alat → Pengingat
Key Functions
  • Pick a ready-made trigger: an overdue customer bill, a supplier payable, a repair stuck too long or a finished unit not yet collected, even a customer birthday.
  • Decide who receives each reminder: the customer, the supplier, the technician on the job, the staff involved, someone from your list, or a number you type in.
  • Set the timing: so many days before or after the event at a chosen hour, exactly on the event date, or repeating every day, every month, and every year.
  • Write the message yourself using fill-in codes that turn into real data: customer name, invoice number, outstanding balance, due date, and item name.
  • Schedule routine reports to a chosen number: daily sales, repair, and finance recaps, plus low stock, unmoving stock, and negative stock warnings.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Store WhatsApp (CRM) must be active with the shop's WhatsApp number connected, because every reminder goes out over WhatsApp.
Effect When Disabled This part adds only one menu, Tools → Reminder, and that is the page that closes. Existing rules cannot be viewed, changed, or stopped, and there is no way to create new reminders for overdue bills, finished units left uncollected, warranties nearing their end, customer birthdays, stock warnings, or daily reports — every one of them goes back to being checked and sent by hand. If the module is removed, the Tools → Reminder menu disappears from the menu list; if it is merely deactivated, the menu stays visible with a red mark but the page refuses to open. Rules already created are not deleted and do not stop on their own, so switch off any rule you no longer want while the page can still be opened.

Promotions & Customer Points

Premium

Set up discounts and a points programme that work themselves out at checkout, so customers get their discount or reward without staff doing the maths by hand.

Affected Menus Promo & Poin → Promo
Key Functions
  • Build promotions from conditions you can mix: minimum spend, certain products or services, bundles, chosen days and hours, even a particular customer type.
  • Choose the reward: a capped percentage or a fixed amount off, a free product or service, bonus points, a points multiplier, extra warranty days, free shipping.
  • Set the ground rules: valid for sales, repairs, or both; automatic or unlocked by a coupon code; stackable or not; an overall quota and a per-customer quota.
  • Define how points are earned and how long they last, then track each customer's earned, used, expired, and remaining points.
  • Build a points redemption catalogue — a discount, a free product, or a free service — with redemption limits, then review which promotions have been used.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Customer must be active (points are attached to a customer record), plus at least one place to use them — Sales or Repair.
Effect When Disabled The whole Promo & Points menu group (Promotions, Promotion Log, Point Balance, Catalogue) and its three settings pages disappear, so promotions and point rules can no longer be built or changed. Promotion offers stop appearing when a repair is taken in, when a unit is released, and at a sale, and point redemption on the repair intake and sales screens is closed — every discount has to be typed in by hand on each receipt. A shop that uses the quick counter screen still sees promotions and points on that screen.

Data Import & Export

Free

Bring in a whole batch of product data from a spreadsheet, and pull the contents of a list page out as a file you can rework, send on, or file away.

Key Functions
  • Download a ready-made template with filled-in examples, a guide sheet, and the categories, brands and units that actually exist in your shop
  • Upload a spreadsheet or CSV file up to 10 MB and 20,000 rows, then match its columns to the app's columns — the likely matches are filled in for you
  • Decide for every category, sub-category, brand, unit, variant name and dimension unit in your file whether to reuse an existing entry or create a new one
  • Run a trial first — the full result is shown to you with nothing saved yet, and only once you are satisfied do you press Run Import
  • Save a list page to Excel, Word or CSV — all rows or just the page on screen; on the two Report pages you can also pick which columns come along
Prerequisites / Dependencies Nothing else is required. All you need is permission to add or edit data on the page in question — importing products, for example, requires the right to add products.
Effect When Disabled The Import button on Inventory → Products disappears, and so does the Export option on Inventory → Stock Movement, Repair → Report, Transactions → Sales → Report, Transactions → Expenses → List, and Forms → Submissions. Product data has to be typed in one row at a time, and the contents of those lists can no longer be taken out as a file to work on in a spreadsheet, send to someone, or keep as an archive.

Repair Dashboard

Free

A single page of numbers and charts showing how the shop stands right now — how many units are queued and in progress, how many are still uncollected, how much is still unpaid, and which way service income is heading.

Affected Menus Perbaikan → Dasbor
Key Functions
  • See at a glance how many units are queued, in progress, waiting for parts, waiting for confirmation, and uncollected, plus the unpaid balance owed
  • Compare service income month by month, split into total, labour, parts and discount; click one month to see it broken down day by day
  • See charts of incoming repairs monthly and daily by item type, monthly by customer type, and outgoing repairs by their final status
  • Open rankings for any date range you choose: top brands, most-used parts, most frequent faults, best-selling services, most regular customers
  • Pick one technician, then read the chart of how many units they finished, failed and cancelled over the last ten months
Prerequisites / Dependencies Repair jobs must already be recorded through Repair → List — every figure and chart on the dashboard is drawn from repair data. The technician summary only fills up if each unit is assigned a technician in charge.
Effect When Disabled The at-a-glance summary on Repair → Dashboard is no longer available. Queue counts, uncollected units, unpaid balances, service income trends, the brand, parts, service, fault and customer rankings, and the technician summary all have to be worked out by hand from the list under Repair → List.

Store WhatsApp (CRM)

Premium

Connects the shop's WhatsApp number to the app so repair updates and receipts reach customers on their own, incoming chats can be answered inside the app, and announcements go out to many numbers at once.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → WA Gateway
Key Functions
  • Connect the shop's WhatsApp number, watch the connection status (connected, connecting, disconnected, faulty), then disconnect or reconnect whenever needed.
  • Prepare messages that send themselves when a repair reaches a status you choose or a unit is collected, and on sales and purchases too, receipt included.
  • Choose who each automatic message goes to: the customer, the supplier, a given user, the user involved, or a whole list of user contacts at once.
  • Read and answer customer chats inside the app with ready-made quick replies, or set an auto-reply that also forwards the message to a staff number.
  • Send bulk messages to a customer type, a user group, or numbers you type in, with a sending delay and the option to skip chosen days and hours.
Prerequisites / Dependencies Nothing else has to be active first — you only need one WhatsApp number ready to be connected to the app.
Effect When Disabled The Settings → WA Gateway, Tools → Whatsapp, and Tools → Bulk Whatsapp menus stay visible but locked: their titles are marked red and the pages refuse to work; the menus only vanish altogether if the module was never installed. Automatic messages to customers stop, the Send WA option on the quick repair intake page no longer appears, customer chats can neither be read nor answered inside the app, and bulk sending is refused.

Payroll & Technician Commission

Premium

Works out each employee's pay every month on its own — base pay, the technician's commission from the units they handled, allowances and deductions — then prints the payslip.

Affected Menus Transaksi → Penggajian
Key Functions
  • Set each employee's base pay just once; when a new month begins their payroll is created on its own, and staff who have left are skipped
  • Set technician commission per service and per part — a percentage or a fixed amount, applied generally or only to certain services and items
  • Let the commission work itself out when a job reaches its final status or when the unit is handed over, with the workings and the customer's name
  • Add allowances and deductions per employee, with the pay total adjusting itself straight away
  • Record the salary payment from a chosen cash pocket and print a payslip whose title, logo, detail lines and signature boxes you set yourself
Prerequisites / Dependencies Employees must already be registered under Settings → Users → List with their base pay filled in — the payroll list will not open before that. Technician commission only runs once it is switched on in the payroll settings and repair jobs are recorded through Repair → List.
Effect When Disabled The Transactions → Payroll and Settings → Transactions → Payroll menus vanish, taking the allowance, deduction, commission and payment tabs inside them with them. Monthly pay is no longer generated on its own, technician commission from each finished unit has to be tallied by hand, allowances and deductions have nowhere to be recorded, and there is no payslip to print for staff.

Backup & Restore

Premium

Keeps a copy of all your shop data three times a day, so that after a big mis-entry or a deletion you can put everything back to a restore point up to about a week ago.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → Backup & Restore
Key Functions
  • Get automatic backups three times a day at 6, 12 and 18 local time; the quota is 21 files, so there is always a restore point up to about a week back
  • Take a manual backup any time with one button — right before a stock count or a big data change; manual backups share the same quota of 21 files
  • See the list of available restore points with their date and time; the creator column is filled in only for manual backups
  • Roll all your data back to the restore point you pick, with a confirmation warning first because everything returns to that moment
  • Trace in the Restore Log who rolled data back, to which point, and when; that history stays intact and can be printed
Prerequisites / Dependencies None
Effect When Disabled The Settings → Backup & Restore and Settings → Restore Log menus stay visible but are marked red and locked: clicking one tells you that part is not active and sends you back to the menu page. What really stops is the backing up itself — the three-times-a-day automatic backup is no longer taken for your shop, no manual backup can be run before risky work, and after a big mis-entry or a deletion there is no restore point left to go back to. The restore history can no longer be opened either. The two menus only disappear altogether once this part is removed completely, for instance when the shop drops to the basic plan.

Your Own Web Address (Custom Domain)

Premium

Lets your app and store website open at your own web address instead of Automan's default one, so your business looks more credible to customers.

Key Functions
  • Open your shop app and store website at your own web address, once that address has been activated.
  • Forward visitors arriving via the default address to your address permanently, landing on the exact page they asked for.
  • Send Lacak Servis tracking links and reminder messages using your address; on a session already open it applies after signing in again.
  • Reject a registration when the address typed is already in use as another shop's own address, with an on-screen notice.
Prerequisites / Dependencies No other module needs to be active, but you must already own a web address of your own and your shop must already be on an Automan premium address.
Effect When Disabled No menu disappears inside the app, because this module adds none. What goes away is the domain option in your account panel: you can no longer register a new address or change the one already installed. An address that is already live does not stop at once — the app, the store website, and the links sent to customers keep using your address until its term expires or your shop package is downgraded; only then is it released automatically. After release, the app is reached through Automan's default address again and new links use that default, but your old address is not forwarded anywhere: visitors opening old links hit a failure page, and some browsers and search engines still hold the old permanent forwarding to it.

Unbranded App (Resell)

Premium

Removes the Automan brand mark from the bottom of your working screens and from the "address not found" page, so the app you show customers or prospective buyers no longer carries another company's brand on those screens.

Key Functions
  • Remove the "Powered By AutoMan" mark from the bottom of the app's working screens.
  • Cut the link to Automan's website attached to that mark, so it can no longer be clicked from a working screen.
  • Clear four Automan traces from the "address not found" page: the title, the brand line, the support-contact advice, and a hidden greeting.
  • Show the app to customers or prospective buyers with no Automan mark on the working screens or the "address not found" page.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. Replacing the app logo, the logo on printed documents, and the shop icon is handled separately and activated on its own.
Effect When Disabled No menu disappears, because this module adds none; what you lose is the ability to hide the maker's brand. The "Powered By AutoMan" mark returns to the bottom of the working screens together with its link to Automan's website (on printouts the mark still never appears), and the "address not found" page again shows the word Automan in its title, the "Powered by AUTOMAN" brand line, and the support-contact advice — so the app can no longer be shown to customers or prospective buyers free of another company's brand. The Server → Tutorial menu still points to Automan's website whether this module is active or not.

Everyday Shop Financial Reports

Free

See straight away how much the shop earned, where the money went, who still owes you, and how much is left in each money pocket — without knowing any bookkeeping.

Affected Menus Laporan Keuangan → Laba Rugi
Key Functions
  • See profit and loss for any date range, broken down from cost of goods and wages to technician share and asset depreciation, plus a 12-month trend chart.
  • Follow money in and money out day by day with where it came from, plus the bills not yet paid and the receivables not yet collected.
  • Review customer receivables and supplier payables already grouped by how overdue they are: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, and over 60 days.
  • Check the balance left in each money pocket (Cash, Bank, E-Wallet, Retail Outlet), move balance between pockets, and log owner capital and drawings.
  • Break down profit on each repair invoice (filter by customer or technician) and each sales invoice (by customer or cashier), then print or save as PDF.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. The figures fill themselves in from the repair, sales, purchase, expense, and payroll transactions already recorded in the app.
Effect When Disabled The whole Financial Reports menu group (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Receivables & Payables, Pocket Balance, Balance Transfer, Capital & Drawings) disappears, and so do Repairs → Report and Transactions → Sales → Report. Shop profit, daily cash flow, and the balance left in each pocket are no longer summarised automatically, so they have to be totalled by hand from the transaction lists. Customer receivables and supplier payables still show their outstanding amount invoice by invoice in the transaction list, but no longer come together in one report grouped by how overdue they are. Moving balance between pockets can no longer be recorded, and owner capital injections and personal drawings have nowhere to be logged.

Your Own Online Forms

Premium

Create service sign-up, warranty claim, or lead-capture forms that customers fill in themselves through a link, with every answer landing straight inside the app.

Affected Menus Formulir → Proyek
Key Functions
  • Design the fields yourself: text, numbers, dates, choices, file upload, signature, star rating; each field type has its own count limit
  • Share the form link with customers, then open each incoming entry one by one, print it, or export it
  • Group incoming entries by status, change each entry's status with a note, and trace the history of those changes
  • Send an automatic WhatsApp message when a form arrives and every time its status moves, with wording you write yourself per status
  • Set the thank-you page or redirect address after sending, add an anti-bot check, and hand each sender an automatic coupon code
Prerequisites / Dependencies Building and sharing a form needs nothing. Automatic WhatsApp messages only run if the WhatsApp module is active and connected and the form includes a phone-number field — without that, the box for writing per-status messages does not even appear and nothing is sent; messages also go out only for the statuses you switch on. The anti-bot check needs a key from the security service you use, while coupon codes and ad-result tracking are switched on per form.
Effect When Disabled The Forms → Projects and Forms → Submissions menus disappear, along with the per-form data menu that used to appear automatically. You can no longer create a new form or edit an existing one, and every entry already collected, together with its status history, cannot be opened, processed, printed, or moved to another status. Automatic WhatsApp messages from forms, coupon codes, and ad-result tracking stop with it. Data that customers used to enter themselves through the link has to be typed into the app by your staff again.

Shop Expense Recording

Free

Records every rupiah leaving the shop outside stock purchases — electricity, rent, fuel, tool servicing — so the profit you see is real profit.

Affected Menus Transaksi → Pengeluaran → List
Key Functions
  • Record one expense note holding several items at once — each with its own category, quantity, unit, and cost — and the note total fills itself in.
  • Mark which pocket the money came from — cash, a bank account, an e-wallet, or a retail outlet — so that pocket's remaining balance drops on its own.
  • Attach a photo of the receipt or transfer proof to every expense, then print the expense page whenever you need a paper copy.
  • Keep a list of regular payees with their contact number (markable as WhatsApp) and address, then simply pick one while recording.
  • Create your own cost categories and units to match how the shop actually spends, so every expense item lands on its own cost heading.
Prerequisites / Dependencies None.
Effect When Disabled The Transactions → Expenses and Partners → Vendors menus disappear from the sidebar, together with their expense Category and Unit settings. Operating costs such as electricity, rent, and equipment servicing can no longer be recorded, so they never reach Financial Reports → Income Statement or Financial Reports → Cash Flow — the shop's profit looks larger than it really is and pocket balances stop matching the actual money.

Store Website Builder

Premium

Build your own store website — business profile, product showcase, even a service-status checker — just by arranging ready-made blocks, with no web designer to hire.

Affected Menus Alat → Pembuat Situs
Key Functions
  • Assemble pages from 19 ready-made blocks: banner, about us, services, gallery, testimonials, team, pricing, FAQ, map, contact form
  • Add a product showcase from your goods list with a WhatsApp order button that names the product; filters and search are optional
  • Add a service-status box: customers type in their own repair code, and you decide which details they are allowed to see
  • Build parent and child pages, pick which go live, then set search-engine title and description plus theme, colours, and site logo
  • Add a Meta ad-tracking pixel and choose which events it records — page visits, product views, leads, right through to purchases
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. The product-showcase block pulls from your goods list and the status-checker block from your repair data, so both only show content once that data exists. Category filters and the search box on the showcase are off by default and must be switched on, while the ad-tracking pixel needs the identifier from your own ad account.
Effect When Disabled The Tools → Site Builder menu is locked and the store website goes down with it: visitors opening your web address no longer see the pages you built — including the product showcase and the status checker — only a notice that the module is not active. You cannot edit, add, or publish any page.

Activity Log (Audit Trail)

Premium

See who added, changed, or deleted something and when, so a stock or cash discrepancy in the recent period can be traced back to the account behind it.

Affected Menus Pengaturan → Rekam Aktifitas
Key Functions
  • Browse every addition, edit, and deletion: each row shows the time, the account behind it, which menu the data came from, and a summary
  • Open one row's full detail through its detail link; for edits the values are shown side by side as before and after
  • Filter the records: pick a user account, set a date range, choose the type of action, or type a keyword to sift through the changes
  • Review the restore history: when data was restored, which account did it, and which backup point was put back
Prerequisites / Dependencies None. Worth knowing: records are kept on a rolling basis — once the stored count reaches its limit, the oldest entries are dropped, so what you have is always the most recent period, not everything since the shop opened. Restoring a backup copy also wipes the records made after that backup point. Filtering by data type follows the stored name, not the menu name you read on screen.
Effect When Disabled The Settings → Activity Log and Settings → Restore Log menus no longer appear, and the app stops recording user actions from the moment it is switched off. Additions, edits, and deletions made during that time leave no trace at all, and switching it back on does not restore the missing period — a stock or cash discrepancy in that stretch cannot be pinned on anyone. The restore history itself keeps being recorded in the background; only the page for reading it is gone.

Waiting-Room Queue Screen

Premium

Shows the job queue on a TV screen in your waiting room, complete with voice call-outs, so customers can follow their own turn without constantly asking the counter.

Affected Menus Server → Layar Antrian
Key Functions
  • Show three lists at once: jobs in progress with their technician and customer, jobs still waiting their turn, and jobs finished today
  • Let the screen refresh itself, with a refresh gap you set anywhere between 10 and 60 seconds
  • Call customers by voice when a job starts, finishes, or a new entry joins — you set the wording, the voice language, and the repeats
  • Play a video from a YouTube link — single video, playlist, or live stream — with four ways to lay out video and queue list
  • Run a scrolling announcement and pick from six screen themes, including one whose colours you choose yourself
Prerequisites / Dependencies None — the screen fills itself automatically from the repair jobs currently in progress. Voice call-outs, video, and the scrolling text only appear once you switch them on under Settings → Queue Screen, and the video needs a YouTube link because video files cannot be uploaded. Do note that customer names appear on the screen and are spoken in the call-outs, so think about where the display sits in the waiting room.
Effect When Disabled The Server → Queue Screen menu is still there, but the page stops showing the queue and displays only a notice that the module is not active. Voice call-outs, video, and the scrolling text go with it, so customers have to be called one by one by staff and turns get asked at the counter again. Everything you saved under Settings → Queue Screen stays intact and takes effect again the moment the module is switched back on.
