Create an Automan Account and Log In to the Account Panel

This is point zero of your Automan journey: creating the account. The fastest path is Continue with Google — no email verification code, done in seconds. The plain-email path is there too, for shops that run on a dedicated non-Google address.

One concept worth locking in from the start: the Account Panel and the Store App are two different places. The Account Panel is the head office (manage the account, Store Apps, modules, subscription). The Store App is the shop application where daily work lives. You register once at the Account Panel, then create a Store App for each shop.

Before you start

  • Your shop's Google account, or an active email address whose inbox you can open.

Steps

  1. Click "Use Automan free" on the Automan site

From any page on the Automan site, click the Use Automan free button (top right). You land on the Automan Account Signup page. Already have an account? Use the Sign In button instead.

  2. Fastest path: click "Continue with Google"

On the Signup page, choose Continue with Google and pick your shop's Google account. This path skips the email verification code — done in seconds.

  3. Alternative: sign up with email

Prefer plain email? Choose "or sign up with email", enter the shop email address, then click Send Code. Use an email you genuinely control — every account matter goes through it.

  4. Enter the email verification code

Open your inbox (or the spam folder) — the code was sent to your email. Enter it in the Email Verification section and continue the signup. Didn't arrive? Click Resend; typed the wrong address? Click Change Email.

  5. Log in to the Account Panel

Once registered, sign in to the Account Panel. The Account Panel is the account's "head office": where you manage Store Apps, modules, and the subscription — not where daily transactions happen.

Account Panel = the account's head office, not the place for daily transactions.
  6. Secure your way in

Signed up via Google: always log in through the Google button — keep that Google account safe. Signed up via email: change your password right away from the Account menu (top right) → Change Password.

Via Google: guard the Google account. Via email: change the password right away.
  7. Guard this account's access carefully

This account will hold your entire shop. Don't share it — staff get their own accounts inside the Store App, not the owner's account.

What you end up with

An active Automan account (via Google in seconds, or via email + verification code), you can log in to the Account Panel, and you're ready to create your first Store App.

If something goes wrong

Not sure whether to sign up with Google or email

Continue with Google = fastest and no verification code — the best choice for most. Take the email path only if the shop uses a dedicated email that isn't a Google account.

The verification code never arrives

Check the spam/promotions folder, then click Resend. Wrong address? Click Change Email and repeat. Still failing? Just sign up with the Continue with Google button.

Confused about Account Panel vs Store App

Account Panel = managing the account, Store Apps, modules, and subscription. Store App = the shop application where daily work happens (repairs, register, stock). One account can own more than one Store App.
